I just returned from a 3 day short break at this park, and wished we could of stayed longer, miserable boss!!!
Our stay here was so different to what we normally are use to, as it was so peaceful and quite with the little stream. I fished here and caught a couple of trout. The kids loved the fishing as well. We spent all day there and loved every minute.

After two visits this year, I can’t wait to book again, the peace, the beauty, the wildlife, the mountains, the park has the most lush backdrop of trees, perfect for bird watching.
After two days you feel really refreshed, this has got to be my favourite place in Wales. We were speaking about it the other night and may consider purchasing a caravan here, then we can holiday as much as we want.

This is our first time at Aberdwylan Holiday Park. Our lodge accommodation was really posh, and so very clean, we had a really relaxing time in the hot tub, it’s the first time I’ve ever been in one, trouble is I want one now.
My Hubby said we will have to get one when we get back home, so I hope he keeps to his word. We will definitely be coming back to Aberdwylan again soon and can’t wait, Jan.

We have just arrived home from a short break at Aberdwylan. Although low season, not many people about, but that said I think this is more preferable, as you get to enjoy the peacefulness with the family. No bar on site, but you can walk to the nearest pub only took us 3-4 minutes walking, and believe me my wife isn’t the fastest of walkers

Although the site has a small selection of facilities, it has everything you need so you don’t need to venture if you don’t want. I went fishing while my wife and kids went swimming in the new outdoor pool they just built. It was heated and a really nice sun trap.
We will definitely be booking this up again Jim.

Our caravan was lovely, couldn’t fault it at all. Site was a lot smaller than any we have ever been to before and was quieter but I guess that was because of the time of year. The beach which was on our doorstep was beautiful.
We enjoyed a fabulous day out at Aberaeron town which is on the doorstep to the park, my youngest especially enjoyed the home made honey ice-cream at the Hive.

This is our second time back this year at Pilbach Holiday Park. Our caravan was really clean, no sign of dogs being in it before us with our dog. Decided to have a meal in the bar this time and it was first class.
Hubby decided on steak, which was very tender and well cooked, also took advantage of the full English on the day of our departure which again was excellent. Can’t wait to return next year!

I just returned from a 7 day break at this park. Our caravan was right next to the outdoor heated pool, and the kids loved all the splashing around. The little play area they have for the small kiddies was especially nice as it kept our little one contented.
We visited Cardigan Island (about 6 miles from the park), and this was a great day out. This is the second Barkers Leisure Park we have visited, we were at Aberdwylan last year.
This park is great for kids, we saw many kids cycling quite happily round the park. Great time had by all.

I had a week’s holiday in July, I am only 11 and I enjoyed every bit of it! I made new friends, watched my mum on the karaoke, she was really funny. I met people who were at my school and the view from the caravan was amazing.
We saw seals at the beach and it was sunny with lots to do. I went horse riding, played at the park and the beach with my friends – it was sunny until the last day when there was thunder and lightning. So I would love to go back there again.

It was a brilliant holiday; we have 2 young kids who enjoyed every minute of their holiday my 8 year old loved the swimming pool with her dad.
What more could we have asked for? Not a lot – for a small family park its very well run with lots to do for all the family.
I have raved about this holiday to all my friends and will continue to do so. It was so good that we are off to stay in their Wide Horizons Holiday Park this week and can’t wait. We are even taking the in-laws!

Having stayed at a leading holiday camp in Devon at the beginning of our holiday your park was a breath of fresh air.
Pilbach was a pleasant, clean, friendly and perfect location in comparison to the other holiday firm which was totally opposite. I can assure you we will return and forward our recommendations to family and friends.
Please pass on our thanks to all your staff at Pilbach, Jon.
Really nice views

After a long journey from the West Midlands and very heavy rainfall we finally arrived at Wide Horizons. We went to collect our keys from the pub on site and we had a very warm welcome from the bar manager and his wife.
We had a couple of drinks then decided to retire for the night. When I got up in the morning I threw back the curtains to see how far away we were from the sea, we could hear it the night before but being dark could not see, the views were really nice.

What a great holiday we had 2 families in 2 caravans both with great sea views. One morning we woke to see a vast amount of yachts in the sea below the holiday park, we were told this was the regatta that’s held each year in this area, we later went down to the town of Aberaeron and enjoyed a drink in the harbour master bar and restaurant,
We all got a little merry but didn’t make too much of fools of ourselves, we will defiantly be coming again this time so we don’t miss this event.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wide Horizons, as usual. So much so we are going back in September. The park is very clean, well maintained, and the ground staff are amazing.
The site is very safe for children and all the staff are very friendly and genuine, I would recommend this site to anyone, young or old and we can’t wait to go back. Chris.

We came back to Pilbach holiday park this year as we use to come on holiday here many years ago, before the children were born, so we wanted to show them the area where we use to come, we only wished we hadn’t left it quite so long because we the whole family really enjoyed it
We’re now looking forward to coming back in August when the children are out of school
