Went fishing and caught a trout

By Mr W Penny staying at Aberdwylan holiday park
Submitted on 12 May 2009

I just returned from a 3 day short break at this park, and wished we could of stayed longer, miserable boss!!!

Our stay here was so different to what we normally are use to, as it was so peaceful and quite with the little stream. I fished here and caught a couple of trout. The kids loved the fishing as well. We spent all day there and loved every minute.

Favourite place

After two visits this year, I can't wait to book again, the peace, the beauty, the wildlife, the mountains, the park has the most lush backdrop of trees, perfect for bird watching.

After two days you feel really refreshed, this has got to be my favourite place in Wales. We were speaking about it the other night and may consider purchasing a caravan here, then we can holiday as much as we want.

Hot tub was relaxing

By Miss J Parsons staying at Aberdwylan holiday park
Submitted on 18 October 2009

This is our first time at Aberdwylan Holiday Park. Our lodge accommodation was really posh, and so very clean, we had a really relaxing time in the hot tub, it’s the first time I’ve ever been in one, trouble is I want one now.

My Hubby said we will have to get one when we get back home, so I hope he keeps to his word. We will definitely be coming back to Aberdwylan again soon and can’t wait, Jan.

So peaceful

By Mrs P Thomas staying at Aberdwylan holiday park
Submitted on 06 August 2009

We have just arrived home from a short break at Aberdwylan. Although low season, not many people about, but that said I think this is more preferable, as you get to enjoy the peacefulness with the family. No bar on site, but you can walk to the nearest pub only took us 3-4 minutes walking, and believe me my wife isn’t the fastest of walkers

Brilliant, pool and sun tan

By Mr J Anderson staying at Aberdwylan holiday park
Submitted on 12 September 2009

Although the site has a small selection of facilities, it has everything you need so you don’t need to venture if you don’t want. I went fishing while my wife and kids went swimming in the new outdoor pool they just built. It was heated and a really nice sun trap.

We will definitely be booking this up again Jim.
